Our head chef, Robert Cassi, has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. He has trained in some of the world's finest restaurants before deciding to strike out on his own with chs catering. His passion for food is evident in every dish he creates, and loves nothing more than seeing the joy on customers' faces.

Our menu is a reflection of our philosophy - bold, flavorful dishes that are designed to delight the senses. From our famous lobster mac and cheese to our tacos, we use only the freshest ingredients and prepare everything from scratch. We also offer a selection of vegetarian and gluten-free options.
